Stanley Victor Naally is Laboratory Technician II. (Assistant to academician) at University of Dar es salaam (UDSM) , College of Engineering and Technology (COET), Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (MIE). He serves a role in performing tasks related to student's practicals, projects, consultation as well as services at Design Laboratory.

The academic journey  of Mr.Stanley begun in 2015 when he completed secondary education at Kidodi Secondary School (Morogoro). Due to his outstanding academic performance, in 2016, he was selected as government's sponsored student  to pursue Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at Arusha Technical college (ATC) and graduated in 2020 with upper second class.

Mr. Stanley Victor Naally has also served various positions in different industries and companies as Mechanical Techinician at Sunflag(T) Ltd in 2020 (Arusha) and  Design Technician at  Bati Service Co. Ltd (2020-2022) in Dar es salaam.

Mr.Stanley has shown greater interest in machine element and design, metal fabrication, mechanical automation, manufacturing and Machine tools. Currently, he is undertaking Bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering at University of Dar es salaam.
