David Shayo is an academic and researcher specializing in marketing and business management. He is currently an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, teaching courses in marketing, tourism management, and business-related subjects. With prior experience as a Teaching Assistant in Public Relations and Mass Communication, he has developed strong expertise in teaching, research, and consultancy over the past 10 years. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Corporate Management (Marketing) at Korea University, Republic of Korea.
David also holds a Master of Business Administration (Marketing) and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Advertising, from the University of Dar es Salaam. His teaching and research interests include consumer behaviour, customer experience and loyalty, and services marketing. He is multilingual, with professional proficiency in English and Swahili, and intermediate proficiency in Korean.
