Biography
Dr. Tobias Aloisi Swai is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Finance at the University of Dar es Salaam Business School, with a PhD, MBA, and Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the same university, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Transport Economics and Logistics at ESAMI. Dr. Swai has enhanced his expertise by auditing courses at prestigious institutions like Brown University and Columbia Business School. With over 23 years of experience, he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses and has contributed significantly to organizations through consultancy in areas such as public infrastructure, financial planning, and economic assessment. His extensive background in finance and economics makes him a key figure in both academia and industry.
