First-year students who wish to change their degree programmes are informed that  applications will be open from November 4-8, 2024.

CONDITIONS FOR PROGRAMME CHANGE

1. Applicants must have completed registration and payment of all the relevant dues to the University (Applications from students who have NOT PAID their Tuition Fee SHALL NOT be processed);
2. Applicants shall have entry points equal to or higher than the cut-off point of the programme for which transfer is being sought. Successful applications will further depend on available slots in the requested programme;and
3. All applications shall be done online only,at: https://aris3.udsm.ac.tz/

• Login to your ARIS3 account and select "My Programme Transfer" icon;
• On the right hand panel, click on "Desired Programme" to select the Programme you wish to transfer to;and
• Enter the reason for transfer and click on "Apply Transfer" to complete the applicalion process.
• Students are reminded that applications are submited for only one choice of programme.
