First-year students who wish to change their degree programmes are informed that applications will be open from November 4-8, 2024.
CONDITIONS FOR PROGRAMME CHANGE
- Applicants must have completed registration and payment of all the relevant dues to the University (Applications from students who have NOT PAID their Tuition Fee SHALL NOT be processed);
- Applicants shall have entry points equal to or higher than the cut-off point of the programme for which transfer is being sought. Successful applications will further depend on available slots in the requested programme;and
- All applications shall be done online only,at: https://aris3.udsm.ac.tz/
- Login to your ARIS3 account and select "My Programme Transfer" icon;
- On the right hand panel, click on "Desired Programme" to select the Programme you wish to transfer to;and
- Enter the reason for transfer and click on "Apply Transfer" to complete the applicalion process.
- Students are reminded that applications are submited for only one choice of programme.
