Mr. Gama is an assistant Lecturer at SoMG, University of Dar es Salaam and PhD Candidate at the University of Kiel, Germany. He holds MSc in Petroleum Geosciences, specializing in Petroleum Geochemistry. Between 2016-2019, he has collaborated with scientists from the University of Aberdeen-Scotland to investigate various oil seeps of the Coastal sedimentary Basins of Tanzania.
He is currently researching on early Jurassic Petroleum source rocks in the Mandawa Basin, SE Tanzania using organic geochemistry and borehole geophysical techniques
