Current Summarised CV:	Dr. Aldo Kitalika is a lecturer in the department of chemistry, where he teaches analytical chemistry, chemometrics and related fields. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Engineering (EnSE). (Specialized in Water Quality and Environmental Analytical Chemistry) from the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) in Tanzania. His research interests includes water treatment (wastewater and drinking water), method development in spectroscopy and electro-analytical techniques, toxicology, environmental impact assessment (EIA) and imaging using GIS. Kitalika is also an active member of two professional bodies which are Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC) Africa and Europe together with the African Network for the Chemical Analysis of Pesticides (ANCAP).
