Dr. Chris Mauki is a Lecturer, counselor, facilitator and trainer. He has an experience of more than 15 years in doing all these. He is employed by the University of Dar es Salaam for the past 15 years. Dr. Chris holds a PhD in Psychology and his research areas are social psychology, counseling and relationships. He has done his Post-Doctoral research on resilience with the University of Pretoria. Dr. Chris has attended a number of conferences, workshops and seminars and in most of them he was a facilitator or presenter.

Apart of being a lecturer, author, coach and counsellor, Dr. Chris has trained as well as providing psychological services to a number of corporate organisations within and outside Tanzania, some of them include Vodacom, TCC, AAR, TBL, PUMA Energy and Danish Refugees Council. He also trains government institutions and ministries. Dr. Chris Mauki is a senior associate, consultant and trainer to a number of national and multinational corporate companies such as ATE, Lindam and ICAS. His training areas includes Resilience, Customer services, stress management, work-life balance, life skills, family matters, relationships, emotional intelligence, employee engagement and

performance management to mention a few. Dr. Chris Mauki has supervised more than 30 Masters and PhD students who graduated successful.

Dr. Chris Mauki is a media personality with massive influence in the urban and rural population in East Africa, Africa and abroad.
