Ricky (MSc) is Assistant Lecturer in Petroleum Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry. Currently he is the Timetable Coordinator in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Dar es Salaam. He holds two MSc; MSc in Chemistry from the University of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) and MSc in Oil and Gas Chemistry from the University of Aberdeen (UK). His research interests cover a wide range with a focus on Corrosion and its Control in Petroleum Industry, Flow Assurance Problems and Oilfield Samples, Drilling Muds Formulation, Characterization and Performance Testing, and Enhance Oil and Gas Recovery.
