She holds PhD in Physical Geography from the East China Normal University, MSc. Integrated Watershed Management from Kenyatta University, Nairobi-Kenya and B.A with Education (Geography and Kiswahili) from the Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE). She teaches Physical Geography, Spatial Organization, Remote Sensing, Surveying and Mapping Science. Her research interest include Watersheds Management, Water Resources, Planning and Management, Climate change, Natural Resources Management and Land-use and Land-cover change (LULCC).
