2012 -2016 Dean of Students

2016 to date  Involved in different committees working with different activities such as search team, policies review, independent internal examiner for other Units such as Sociology.

Ivolved in teaching education, counselling and educational psychology courses that are key to the area of Education.

Conducted a number of research works and provided consultancy services within the mentioned areas in the Ministry of Education and related Ministries, National  and International Organisations such as UNICEF and other educational institutions in the country such as NACTE, TCU and also for a number of Universities in the country like UDOM, OUT.

Have strong expertise and experience in qualitative research methods that include qualitative data collection, analysis and report writing. Demonstrated this ability in a number of research works done including supervision of postgraduate students in the areas of counselling, psychology and educational research and appraisal of courses/programmes.
