He was shifted to the Tanzania Bureau of Standards following changes in the regulation of food products in Tanzania (Financial Act 2019). He joined UDSM as an assistant lecturer in 2021 and he is currently doing his Ph.D. studies at the Adolph Merkle Institute, University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
