Mr. Chaninga attained his Certificate in Librarianship in 2001-2002 at Tanzania Central library, Dar es Salaam. During 2015-2017 he did undergo a Diploma course in Library, Archives and Documentation Studies obtained from School of Library, Archives and Documentation Studies (SLADS) Dar es Salaam campus. Moreover, he obtained Bachelor degree of Science in Library and information management (Mzumbe University).  In the Library, he is positioned in the Department of Research and Technical Services and Readers Services unit. In his carrier is capable in Institutional Repository Administration and Hyper Text Make up Language (HTML). Currently Mr. Chaninga pursuing a Degree program in Library Management and Information Science at Mzumbe University, Morogoro.
