Mr.Victor Valentine Barweta is a Tutorial Assistant(Finance and Economics of Education) in
the Department of Education Foundations Management and Lifelong Learning at Dar es Salaam
University College of Education (DUCE).He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Trade
Policy and Law of Trade Policy Training Center in Africa (trapca) under Eastern and Southern
Africa Management Institute (ESAMI) and Lund University, Sweden (2022) and B.Ed. Com
(Hons) of University of Dodoma (UDOM) in 2016. Before joining DUCE, Barweta had worked
as Economics Teacher and Tutorial Assistant (Economics and Business Mathematics) at Tusiime
schools situated in Dar es Salaam and Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA) respectively. His
areas of teaching and training are but not limited to Finance and Economics of Education,
Entrepreneurship Education and Training, international trade policy and Law, Intermediate
Microeconomics, Intermediate Macroeconomics and all Business Education related courses.
