Using socio-ecological model, Dr. Onditi’s research revolves around:
- School climate, bullying/cyberbullying, and violence against children
- Children and adolescents development in the digital age
- Child-parent-teacher and peer relationships
- Parenting in the digital age and coping strategies

- Principal Investigator (2018 to date). Cyberbullying, School bullying and Psychosocial Impacts on Students’ well-being and School Involvement. Funded by the New York University. Grant Total: $ 20,000.
