Important Contribution:	Organized the first Pedagogical Leadership in Africa (PedaL) training in Tanzania (20th-25th, January 2020) for members of staff from the Main Campus University of Dar es Salaam, and Constituent Colleges, DUCE and MUCE. With the Partnership for African Social and Governance Research (PASGR), and other partners, participated in the designing, piloting and implementing the Pedagogical Leadership in Africa (PedaL) programme (2017-2022). Organized the first International Conference on Literacy and Numeracy supported by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), Dar es Salaam, Tanzania  (9th-10th July, 2015).
