The President of the United Republic of Tanzania has appointed Dr. Theodora Mwenegoha Judge of the High Court of Tanzania with effect from 11th May 2021. Prior to this appointment Hon. Dr. Mwenegoha was a lecturer at the Department of Private Law of the School. She had served as a Member of the Fair Competition Commission since 18th August 2017, also a Presidential appointment.

Dr. Mwenegoha holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (2003) and Master of Laws degree (2005) from University of Dar es Salaam. She also has a Doctor of Philosophy degree (2015) from Bond University, Australia.
