Every International Student is required by the Government of Tanzania to obtain a Student Pass. DICA office assists International Students in obtaining Student Pass at the beginning of the academic year. The Student Pass fee is 250 USD paid by the student.

Students that are from the East African Community are required to apply for an exemption certificate that is free of charge.

Documents required by DICA to process the student permit/pass application include:

1.       Application form dully filled.

2.       Admission letter.

3.       Copy of certified academic transcripts

4.       Copy of certified passport details and visa page.

5.       Resume/CV

6.       5 Passport size photos.

7.       Evidence of sponsorship

8.       Application fee (250 USD)
