Planning, Investment and Finance Unit

The Unit has three core functions related to planning, investment and finance which it implements at the School level. In planning, the Unit develops, coordinate and supervise the implementation of UDBS strategic plans and annual plans, including the plans of departments and various units within the school. It also prepares and supervises the implementation of all UDBS budgets and ensures periodic reviews of the budgets. In investment, the Unit is responsible for identifying various investment opportunities at the School level, analyzing them and offer investment advice to the UDBS management, overseeing the implementation of undertaken investments as well as managing the spending and receipts from those investments. In finance, the unit coordinates and supervises the mobilization and expenditure of School resources
