- Ensuring sustainability maximization by urban designers: How do they conform to BREEAM to archive high quality and sustainable designs in transportation.
- Urban regeneration: A place in a city as an attractive place to live.

She has been engaged in several projects such as;
- Design and Construction of Mchafuko Open Market – Nyamagana Mwanza
- Design and supervision of external works for the UDSM buildings- UDSM
- Feasibility study report for the UN - IRMCT on provision service for landscape at UN IRMCT – Arusha
- Proposed Tigo customer care and sales office in various regions in Tanzania.
- A proposed two-storey office building in Kingani- Bagamoyo
- Proposed Classrooms, Library and Lecture Hall at Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy
