- Provide NHIF application forms
- Collect and submit NHIF application forms to NHIF office on behalf of the UDSM staff
- Collect and distribute NHIF cards to UDSM staff
- Coordinate NHIF issues regarding on the loss of NHIF cards
- Assist UDSM staff on NHIF cards verification
- Assist UDSM staff to communicate with NHIF Offices on any issues regarding treatment (e.g. card reject and card activation)
- Facilitates temporal IDs to the employees who need medical attention before having NHIF card
