The day to day operations of the Agency are directed by the Agency Manager, who is assisted by Insurance Officers, Marketing Officers and Accountant. UDIA Manager reports to the Director of Planning, Development and Investment (DPDI). UDIA generates its revenue through commissions earned from the insurance covers issued, which are 12.5 percent of insurance premiums collected for motor insurance covers, 25 percent of insurance premiums collected for the fire insurance covers and 17.5 percent of insurance premiums collected for all other classes of insurance covers.
