Mr.Stanley Chungu is Laboratory Science, Electronics/Telecommunication and Scientific computing expert. He holds Postgraduate Diploma in Scientific Computing from University of Dar es Salaam, Full Technician in Laboratory Science and Electronics Engineering from Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT), Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Open University -Tanzania, Certificate in Radio and TV broadcasting Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology, Certificate in Soundproof and sound technology from Tampere University(Finland), Certificate in Video production and Editing from Memorial University of New Found land-Canada. He is the head of Technical and Studio Instructor at the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. He serves as the Acting Mlimani Media Manager and Instructor for seven years, worked as Radio technician at Radio Tanzania (RTD) for three years, Instrumentation and Refinery Operation in charge at Murzah Oil Limited, Instrumentation technician at Unilevar Kenya Ltd for two years also worked with US. Embassy Dar es Salaam as Audio Visual and VOA technical specialist. He is specialist in Radio, TV, Satellite, VLSI, Fibre and Radar Communication systems, He is consultant in Radio and Television establishing, Broadcasting equipment evaluation and Sound proof expert. He serves University of Dar es Salaam workers council for 17 years. He is also a Public administrator and Human Resource Management, Industrial Relation professional, Project management expert.

Mr.Chungu worked as consultant in building capacity to staff of Kwarara Media Education Centre (KMEC) in Zanzibar in area of Radio and Television broadcasting transmission, production and Media Management. Also participated in establishment and technical advisory for many Radio and Television stations in Tanzania.
