The University of Dar es Salaam Business School conducted a capacity building training for life skills for its staff members. The training that was held at the SilverSands Hotel in Kunduchi, Dar es Salaam on Saturday, 6th May 2023 aimed at imparting soft skills about mental health and mental illness as well as on work – life balance. The event was opened by the UDBS Dean, Dr. Latifa Mbelwa and the capacity building sessions were facilitated by experts in the areas; M/s. Subira Mollel and Mr. Ally Sanga from the University of Dar es Salaam Counseling Unit and Mr. Peter Mapigano from Epvate & Fortune International Consulting. Over fifty (50) staff members of UDBS participated and benefited from the training.
