Dr. Manase Joseph is a Lecturer in the department of Educational Foundations, Management and Lifelong Learning. He is a community and adult educator whose research aims at exposing learners and the public at large to various strategies of dealing with different issues in finding concrete solutions to the problems affecting their communities through education. The combination of Community education, Adult education, Lifelong learning, Professional development and Information literacy are key vehicles in transforming learners and communities. Manase accomplished a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Education and Extension from Sokoine University of Agriculture in 2007. He also received a Master degree in 2010 and PhD in 2014 from the University of Dodoma.  Apart from teaching, he is also supervising post graduate students and conducting community services at different periods in different places. He is as well possessing knowledge and skills in environmental education and climate change mitigation, the knowledge he acquired during his PhD project. He has attended different conferences and trainings in and abroad at different occasions. Before teaching at DUCE, Manase taught in different secondary schools and the University of Dodoma (UDOM).
