Second, he was also involved in Education Sector Development Programme 2021/2022-2025/2026 in 2021-2022 in request by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, sponsored by UNICEF Tanzania. Third, he was involved the Review of Education and Training Policy 2014 that was conducted in 2022 and 2023 in request by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, sponsored by UNICEF Tanzania. Furthermore, he has a wide experience in teaching and learning and supervising postgraduate students’ theses and dissertations in educational planning, policy analysis, and management. Also, he has been coordinating departmental postgraduate studies and participated in the development of postgraduate programmes in the School of Education, where he has been working since 2007. He equally possesses excellent knowledge and skills in educational research. |
