Mudhihir Hassan Mudhihir is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology and Curriculum Studies School of Education of the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He holds a Master degree from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Bachelors of Education in Psychology from the University of Dar es Salaam and Diploma in Secondary Education from Dakawa Teachers’ College, Tanzania. He teaches different undergraduate Educational Psychology Courses such as Educational Measurement, Assessment and Evaluation, Psychological Testing and Assessment as well as Psychology to students pursuing Bachelor Degrees in Education (Student Teachers). He mentors and supervises undergraduate students from School of Education. He is currently the Examination Officer at the Department of Educational Psychology and Curriculum Studies. He is interested and writes on educational assessment and research in education with a focus on how soft skills (21^st Century Skills) being cultivated among students and how teachers asses the skills for holistic teaching and assessment of the graduates.
