DR. ARON ALFRED KINUNDA

Aron Alfred Kinunda is a lecturer at the Department of Economic Law.  He joined the School in January, 2024.  Dr. Kinunda holds a Bachelor of Laws (2011) Master of Laws (2013) and a Ph.D. in Law (2020) from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (2018) from the Law School of Tanzania. He is an Advocate of High Court of Tanzania, Commissioner for Oaths, and Notary Public. He is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society. 

Prior to joining the University of Dar Es Salaam School of Law, Dr. Kinunda worked at the School of Law of the University of Dodoma since 2013 where he has served in various positions and capacities. His areas of research interests include land law, property rights law, land use planning, and environmental law, mining and natural resources law. He may be contacted at aronkapai@gmail.com
