Ms. Jema Clemence Rwihura is an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Private Law since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Laws [LL.B) (Hons.) - 2016] and Master of Laws (LL.M – 2017) Degrees from the University of Dar es Salaam. She is a member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) and an Advocate, Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. Prior to joining the University, Ms. Rwihura worked as a Tax Consultant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (T) in 2018 and Ernst & Young (T) 2018-2020.

Her areas of interest include Tax Law and Commercial laws and Integration and Constitutional Laws.
