Ms Hilda Charles Tizeba
Hilda Charles Tizeba is an Assistant Lecturer at the School(Private Law Department). She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL. B-2014), University of Dar es Salaam and Master of Laws degree (LL. M-2018), University of Western Cape, South Africa. In 2016, Ms Tizeba received a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. Ms Tizeba has had several engagements within and outside the School. For example, from January to December 2016, she was the Secretary of the School’s International and Public Affairs Committee. She has also been an Assistant Moot Court Coordinator since her employment with the School in 2015. Ms Tizeba has also worked as a legal intern with the Tanzania judiciary and with different law firms including Mawalla Advocates and ENSAfrica Tanzania Attorneys. Ms Tizeba is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. Her areas of interests are on international law, human rights transnational justice, and economic crimes. Ms Tizeba may be contacted at tizebahilda@gmail.com

- Best orator at the Jessup National Rounds held at the African Court on Human and Peoples Rights in Arusha, Tanzania in April 2014.
- Best orator at the Eastern and Central African Regional Moot on the Rights of the Child held in Nairobi Kenya,2012.
